Information Collected

Question Writer Tracker collects the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our web site. We also collect and store responses and results of quizzes hosted on the Question Writer Tracker website, and on other websites which use the Question Writer Tracker service. We are committed to maintain all stored information in a secure environment.

Use of Question Responses and Quiz Results

Each quiz made available on Question Writer Tracker is operated by a Question Writer Tracker user. The question responses and results made by you are collected on behalf of the operator of the quiz which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.

Data Storage and Opting Out

Question Writer Corporation owns all the rights, code and databases of the Question Writer Tracker service, but you retain all rights to your data, including all results and responses made available to you as the operator of a quiz. Question Writer Corporation will not make any use of the data stored on your behalf as the operator of a quiz. At any time you can request that we remove your personally identifiable information and all quiz responses stored on your behalf from the database. Although this data is deleted from the active databases immediately, please note that due to backups and other records, it is possible that it may be a number of weeks before all data is irretrievably deleted.

Use of Your Information and Your Preferences

We will use your information to provide and personalise our service. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you. We may use your information to send you offers and news about Question Writer Corporation products and services by email where your contact preferences allow for this. To change your contact preferences simply click "Account" in the top bar and select the appropriate options. Please note that there may be instances where it may be necessary for us to communicate with you, in any event, for administrative or operational reasons relating to our service. We will never pass your personal data to anyone else, except for any successors in title to our business or in co-operation with law enforcement or by court order.
